From 1998 to 2020, Dr. Raymond successfully owned and operated an employment agency while continuing to serve as an educator and mentor. In 2011, Lisa started Ethics2Talk to create strategies and solutions for better communication outcomes, empowering people to connect, collaborate, and succeed. She is the author of It's Your Job (2012), a practical guide for individuals entering the workforce or seeking to refresh key career skills, and co-author of Defining Young Leaders: The 90% They Don't See (2020) with Deion Turman.

As an adjunct professor, Dr. Raymond has taught a wide range of courses, including Intercultural Communication, Public Speaking and Persuasion, Professional Communication, International Business, Reputation Management, Public Relations, Fundamentals of Information Technology, and Social Responsibility. She also facilitates training and development programs focused on Diversity and Inclusion, Career Development, Grief Support, Leadership Growth, and Self-Care.

Dr. Raymond earned her Doctorate in Information Systems and Communications from Robert Morris University, where her dissertation, Bias During Cyber-Vetting Using Social Media and Online Searches (2019), explored the impact of bias in digital hiring practices. She also holds a Master's Degree in Leadership, Business, and Global Ethics from Duquesne University. In addition, she is a Certified Life Coach trained under Anthony Robbins and holds certification in Strategic Intervention through Robbins-Madanes Coach Training.

Driven by a passion for empowering others, Dr. Raymond continues to inspire individuals and organizations to communicate with confidence, lead with empathy, and create lives and careers aligned with their highest potential.

Dr. Lisa Raymond is an educator, empowerment specialist, author, life coach, and business owner with more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, communication, and career empowerment. She believes that effective communication is the driving force behind strong organizational relationships, meaningful personal connections, and lasting personal growth.

Throughout her career, Dr. Raymond has dedicated herself to helping individuals become more authentic, confident, and purposeful in both their professional and personal lives. Her approach begins with cultivating self-worth, confidence, accountability, and empathy, foundational skills that enable people to communicate effectively, build stronger relationships, manage conflict, and achieve their goals.

As an empowerment specialist, Dr. Raymond bridges the gap between insight and action, helping individuals transform ideas into practical strategies for success. Through motivational coaching, positive communication, self-awareness, and active engagement, she empowers clients to overcome obstacles, move beyond self-doubt, and break through the barriers that often exist between fear, knowledge, and action. Drawing from her own experiences and years of professional practice, she understands how stress, self-criticism, and self-sabotage can keep people feeling stuck. Her mission is to help others recognize their potential and take meaningful steps toward lasting change
